Using PancakeBot
How is PancakeBot kept secure? Is it safu?
Always treat your wallet as a hot wallet.
Our private keys we use are encrypted with industry standard encryptions. No one can access them and they are not stored on any website.
Unlike a traditional centralized exchange(CEX) Users of PancakeBot have access to their private keys. Feel free to import your keys to Metamask and remain in full control of any funds used with PancakeBot at any time.
While still new, we will continually look to bring more features to our users. We want to add further security as well have it customizable. For example, auto-transfer BNB out of the wallet when it exceeds a certain threshold.
What are the fees for using PancakeBot?
Transactions through PancakeBot incur a fee of 1% by default (40% of this fee goes to the revenue sharing.)
If you have at least 10 $PBOT and your wallet is linked to the bot you will get a 20% fee discount.
If your first interaction with the bot was through a referral link, you will have a further fee discount of 10%.
How are fees deducted?
When trading with PancakeBot, your wallets interact with our PancakeBot contract. The contract will deduct tokens as a fee when you buy and when you sell. It will be taken out of the BNB input amount on buys and the output amount on sells.
Can I use PancakeBot for any token?
We currently only support the transfer of BNB chain tokens.
Support for transferring non-BNB (BEP20) tokens will be implemented in the future.
For now, you can export your private keys to Metamask and transfer as you normally would.
How does slippage work in PancakeBot?
Slippage is the maximum price movement you're willing to tolerate for your trade to go through. If it is above the slippage set, then the transaction will be reverted.
PancakeBot offers an "Auto-slippage" feature that will work out the lowest tolerated slippage for you.
If "Auto" isn't available then just set the lowest possible for your transaction to succeed.
When handling private transactions on PancakeBot, the slippage is 20% for typical buys/sells and 30% for limit buys/sells.
