**Ensuring Restaurant Commitment and Consumer Assurance**

At Kaihan, we engage collaboratively with restaurants, ensuring they can fulfill the expectations set by their membership offerings. To maintain the integrity of this promise, restaurants are required to place a deposit upon joining our platform. Should unforeseen circumstances arise—such as a restaurant's closure or inability to honor its membership commitments—we are equipped to utilize this deposit to offer reimbursements to affected membership holders.
