On Kaihan, restaurants can chose to release an NFT to represent something limited they are doing as well. For example, if a restaurant was doing a merch drop, a experimental tasting menu, new cocktail menu etc. They could do an NFT to represent this limited time offer. This will allow them to gauge interest in such an item for their restaurant but also provide those die hard fans of their restaurant with more ways to get more involved.

These releases can also earn you as a customer points that can help build out your profile.
